Role Overview

Lead day-to-day field operations at Sainagar Tea Estate, an 80-hectare CTC estate in Dibrugarh, Assam. The role covers plucking-round coordination, supervision of field teams, pruning and crop-health activities, field standards, record keeping, and regular reporting to the Estate Manager. This is a full-time, on-site management role for someone with practical tea-estate field-operations experience, the ability to supervise teams, and clear written reporting skills.
